Roundtable PH Donates Gift of Knowledge to Cavite School

Philanthropy thrives even among young professional men as Round Table Philippines (RT Philippines), an international service organization of young professionals and businessmen, formally turned over a set of Knowledge Channel television infrastructure to San Roque Elementary School, Naic Cavite on February 24, 2018.  The package consists of a 40” LED TV set, Edifier speakers and an external hard disc drive with more than 1,000 educational videos and electronic learning games and activities.

Gregoria Apas, school principal of the Cavite school and her 12 teachers could not contain their delight during the training session, especially when told that the hard disc drives contained programs for the Kindergarten level.  They promised to use the facilities donated by the gentlemen.

“Tabler” (as these gentlemen are called) and Vice President for RT Philippines John Bernard Publico said that this was only the beginning of future projects with the Knowledge Channel and that this “tabling” plan will continue.

Chartered on April 24, 2004, Round Table Philippines continues to embody its vision that young professionals should connect, expand, grow inspire and affect change to its member and the community on a local and global scale.
