60 More Lanao Del Norte Teachers Trained on LEEP
60 teachers from the municipalities and cities of Lanao del Norte including Kapatagan, Magsaysay, Tangkal, Tagoloan, and Marawi attended LEEP or Learning Effectively through Enhanced and Evidence-based Pedagogies last June 22 to 24, 2018. The training program was joined and supported by Lanao del Norte’s School Division Superintendents and Divisions Office.
In addition to the training, 19 hard drives were given out which contain more than 1000 educational videos, games, and other learning materials produced by KCFI.
“With LEEP, we dive into a world of experiencing lifelong learning, and realize the true meaning of the quotation ‘education is not a preparation for life, but life itself’,” says Elijah Martinez, LEEP Training Coordinator.
“It is a wonderful responsibility to be a teacher, a profound privilege to be able to guide young minds so they may shape the future that we all hope,” as stated by one of the participants.
