KCFI and Insular Sign MOA for New Estudyantipid Episodes

Two new Estudyantipid episodes await viewers as Knowledge Channel Foundation Inc., (KCFI) and Insular Foundation signed a Memorandum of Agreeement (MOA) for a second time last September 27 at the Insular Life Corporate Center in Alabang, Muntinlupa.

The signing was led by KCFI President and Executive Director Ms. Rina Lopez Bautista and Insular Foundation Chairman and President Ms. Nina D. Aguas. It was also witnessed by Insular’s Senior Assistant Vice President for Public Relations Ms. Ana Maria Roa-Soriano, Insular Foundation Vice-Chairman and Insular Life Chief Operating Officer Ms. Mona Lisa B. Dela Cruz, Insular Foundation Trustee and Insular Life Executive Vice President Mr. Jesus Alfonso G. Hofilena and Insular Foundation Administrator and Insular Life Senior Assistant Vice President Ms. Ana Maria R. Soriano.

The MOA commits KCFI and Insular to produce two additional episodes of Estudyantipid focusing on consumers and consumer rights. The Estudyantipid series, which orients and educates students on how to use and save money properly, are supplementary materials made for Grade 9 under the Araling Panlipunan subject.

Kapamilya stars Sharlene San Pedro and Jairus Aquino will reprise their roles as Estudyantipid characters Marla and Jordan. The two new episodes are slated for release early next year.
