KCFI supports PSYSC in bringing back science expo
Kabataang Pinoy Redefining Tatak Pinoy in this Age of Science Innovation!
The Philippine Society of Youth Science Clubs (PSYSC) is bringing back the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics Expo for its second year this coming May 26-27, 2019, at the SMX Convention Center — Aura, Taguig City!
STEM EXPO 2019 will showcase the knowledge and skills of senior high school and undergraduate students in the different fields of science, technology, and innovation. Competitions, exhibits, and conferences will fill this two—day national event that is open to the general public.
About the event
The flagship competition of the event, iGen: Ideas to Innovation is subdivided into two: the iGen:Ideathon and the iGen: Innovation.
This year, PSYSC will be introducing the Teknolohiya, Agham, Kalikasan, Diwa, at Ako (TAKDA), an open conference to entice the interest of students and professionals alike on science research and technology innovation.
The event also includes the PSYSC Science and Mathematics Investigatory Projects Fair to showcase outstanding researches done by various participants. Technological advancements are boasted through the PSYSC Robotics Olympiad; and for the creative-at-heart who are also enthused in the sciences, the PSYSC Science Journalism Contest and the PSYSC Science Film Festival are as well included.
The event aims to expose students and the public to current institutions and sectors that contribute to the advancement of STEM in the country.
