On April 26, 2024, the third year of the Eco Project: Kilos Kabataan Para sa Kapaligiran, a partnership between KCFI, Unilever Breeze Philippines, and three participating Schools Division Offices (SDOs) - Marikina City, Taguig and Pateros (TAPAT), and Quezon City, concluded with its final Closing and Awarding Ceremony in Quezon City. Prior closing ceremonies were also held at SDO Marikina and TAPAT in early December 2023.

Throughout the school year 2023-2024, students from selected 12 schools in Quezon City partake in the various eco-missions designed to educate, engage, and empower young changemakers for the environment. Engaging 871 teachers and 55,875 students from 12 Green Schools, the project focused on climate change workshops, E-Collect initiatives, an Eco-Planter competition, planting activities, jingle making, creation of e-comics, and community immersion. Participants collected 6,512.34 kg of plastic recyclables and 9.25 kg of empty Breeze sachets.

The event was attended by teachers, principals, and selected students from the 12 schools, and distinguished guests from DepEd Quezon City and Knowledge Channel. Reflecting on the significance of youth engagement in environmental protection, DepEd Schools Division Superintendent Ms. Carleen S. Sedilla, CESO V, of DepEd Quezon City, remarked, "What we do today will really impact the future."

"As we conclude Eco Project Year 3, I urge us all to reflect on the importance of continuous commitment to the environment. This commitment is not just about this Eco Project; it is about building a sustainable lifestyle and instilling these values in our future leaders—our students," said Mr. Edric Calma, Vice President of Knowledge Channel Foundation, Inc.

Through education about environmental issues and calls to action, the program fosters a generation of responsible stewards for our planet. This initiative provided a platform for students to showcase their creativity and dedication to building a more sustainable future.

The EcoProject: Kilos Kabataan Para sa Kapaligiran Year 3 in Quezon City served as a testament to the power of youth action in environmental stewardship. The students' creativity, dedication, and commitment shone through in their award-winning projects and entries. This program not only fosters environmental awareness but also empowers young Filipinos to become responsible stewards of the earth. The EcoProject’s success paves the way for a brighter tomorrow, where these changemakers, embodied by Breeze’s purpose of “Powering up changemakers to Get dirty for Good,” lead towards a more sustainable future.
