“Metrobank cooperated with Knowledge Channel to provide teachers with the portable media library…This technology would be a big help, cope with the struggles presented by distance learning,” said Homer Gerrard Ortega of Metrobank.

Aside from the teacher training the teachers will receive, each school will also be given a Knowledge Channel portable Media Library with over 1,500 video lessons aligned to the current curriculum of the Department of Education from Preschool to Grace 10 and ALS (Alternative Learning System).

Through sponsors like MBPHC, more teachers are able to benefit from trainings like these that help them prepare for distance education through 21st Century teaching strategies and pedagogies.
