Knowledge Channel Foundation and Security Bank Foundation bring KC Portable Media Library to Schools in Region 1

Knowledge Channel Foundation, Inc. (KCFI) and Security Bank Foundation, Inc. (SBFI) turned over 8 Knowledge Channel Portable Media Libraries (KC PMLs) to selected schools in region 1. The turnover of KC PMLs was held at the Department of Education Regional Office 1 in the City of San Fernando, La Union on August 25, 2022. KC PML is a plug and play external hard disc loaded with over 1,500 Knowledge Channel K-12 curriculum-based video lessons, e-games, and e-session guides.

The ceremonial MOA signing and Turnover Ceremony was attended by KCFI Resource Mobilization officer Ms. Liberty Reyes, TransMedia Manager Mr. Christian Gaite, together with Security Bank Foundation Inc. Program Manager Mr. Louie De Real, Inventor of Makeroscope Mr. Jeremy De Leon, Security Bank Corporation La Union Branch Business Manager Ms. Hazel Caluga,  Department of Education Asst. Regional Director Ronald Castillo and Regional Director (Region 1), Dr. Tolentino G. Aquino.  

Also in attendance are School Division Office representatives to receive the KC PMLs on behalf of their schools: 

  • Ayusan – Paoa Elementary School 

  • Balatong Integrated School 

  • Dagupan City National High School 

  • Ilocos Norte National High School 

  • Ilocos Sur National High School 

  • Lingsat Integrated School 

  • San Fernando North Central School 

  • Vigan Central School
